A wide variety of profiles for drywall construction are produced using rotary die-cutting machines from Baust. For example, CW profiles or plaster angle profiles can be die-cut at speeds of up to 150 m/min. The use of rotary technology in high-performance die-cutting machines allows for the optimization of both new and existing production lines.
Their advantage lies in the increased capacity across the board: they produce continuously without interruption at full speed with all line components. The punching tools are designed for the respective profile types or hole patterns and can be changed quickly and easily.

The rotary punching machines can be operated inline with roll forming lines or independently (roll-to-roll) between two reels.

Our metal die-cutting machines are used, among other things, for the production of plaster angle profiles, but other applications in drywall construction (ceiling profiles, baseboard profiles, etc.) are also possible.
