With the PW 3000, Baust offers a clever two-way solution. The pallet changer can be loaded and unloaded from both the front and the back. This is convenient and saves space. The PW 3000 systematically separates internal and external pallets in demanding hygiene zones.

Changing pallets with the PW 3000

The Baust PW 3000 pallet changer is ideal for any environment where pallet exchange needs to occur close to the floor in both directions. This makes it perfectly suited for use in airlocks. Both the source and destination pallets are inserted using a hand pallet truck – from opposite sides. The hygienic boundary is located in the center of the machine. Like an airlock gate, the hinged rear panel closes, and the goods are safely transferred to the destination pallet. Thanks to the two-way system, pallet exchange can be performed between internal and external pallets.

Baust offers optional roller doors in front of the doors of the PW 3000. These ensure controlled air exchange during palletizing and guarantee that the pallet changer always meets high hygiene standards.

We recommend the PW 3000 for 10 to 30 changes per hour.
