The diagonal tilting into the corner
The PW 800 C from Baust bridges the gap between the PW 800 E and the PW 800. Thanks to its diagonal tilting mechanism, which tilts 90–120° into corners, the PW 800 C requires no side walls. This makes it ideal for space-saving and ergonomic palletizing of loads such as cardboard boxes, sacks, or drums. A key feature of all tilting pallet changers is the low-level, ergonomic handling of both loaded and empty pallets.

Changing pallets with the PW 800 C
When space is limited and various pallets and loads, some in poor condition, need to be handled ergonomically at ground level, the Baust PW 800 C is the ideal choice. The load is held only from above in the pallet changer and then tilted 90 to 120° backward into the corner. The pallet being changed automatically swings back to ground level and can be exchanged for the new pallet using a pallet jack. The new pallet is then lifted and tilted back with the goods on it. This eliminates the need to lift and move pallets manually, making the PW 800 C particularly user-friendly. The PW 800 C operates automatically with all necessary safety features. Palletizing using the tilting method simply couldn't be more convenient.
