The premium inline tilting process
The process and layout of the PW 900 Inline offer several advantages: Thanks to its tilting angle of up to 180°, there are no longer any problems with top sheets or slip sheets. With conventional tilting methods, these can disrupt the automatic pallet change process by falling off. Furthermore, the goods are not upside down after the pallet change, as is common with 180° pallet inverters (e.g.,...). PW 600 InlineDirect integration into the roller conveyor line revolutionizes performance, process efficiency, and space requirements. Additional side walls provide secure support on all four sides and even allow the handling of unstable loads such as barrels, drums, or big bags.

Changing pallets with the PW 900 Inline
The PW 900 Inline is used where pallets with slipsheets under the load need to be changed fully automatically and safely at high throughput. The loaded source pallet is conveyed into the changer and gripped by the pallet clamp. The walls and loading tables securely enclose the goods from above, below, and both sides. The pallet is then tilted 90 to 180°, and only the empty pallet is tilted back to conveyor level and removed. The new pallet moves into position and is pivoted up to the goods. Finally, the new pallet is completely tilted back onto the conveyor. Thanks to the maximum tilting angle of up to 180°, the slipsheet cannot fall off and cause unnecessary disruptions.
