The PW 600 Inline makes it possible to utilize these proven strengths of the PW 600 stand-alone pallet inverter in a fully automated conveyor line.

Pallets turned over with the PW 600 Inline
When pallets need to be changed or rotated in an automated environment, the PW 600 Inline pallet inverter is the ideal choice. A major advantage of this new development from Baust: In continuous operation, all sub-processes of the rotating process can be carried out gently and fully automatically – without the need for an additional employee to handle empty pallets.
Here's how the turning and exchange process works in detail: The empty pallet is secured by the centering unit of the PW 600 Inline and rotated into the upper position. The loaded pallet then moves into the pallet inverter and is clamped from above and below. This is followed by a 180° rotation and the loading tables approaching. The side door opens, and the rotated pallet is conveyed out without the source pallet. After this process, the goods are upside down. The pallet remaining in the changer can be reused directly for the next cycle during a simple 180° turn. However, if pallets need to be changed, the empty source pallet must be turned back and transported away via the conveyor system.
