Turning pallets with the PW 800 E
The proven tilting method of the pallet changer PW 800 It is also available in another version: the PW 800 E pallet changer. Both models use a tilting mechanism, tilting the goods backwards. The difference between the two models: While the PW 800 is equipped with side walls and pallet clamps, the PW 800 E does without these components. This makes it ideal for goods that require stable handling and secure transport. The PW 800 E has a purely electric drive and requires no pneumatics or hydraulics.
The PW 800 E is the ideal pallet changer for locations with limited space. This is due in part to its space-saving design. Furthermore, the PW 800 E does not require side walls. This allows for convenient loading and unloading from three sides – a crucial advantage, especially in confined spaces.
Pallet changes with the PW 800 E are simple and ergonomic: The goods are initially held from above before the pallet tipper tilts them backward. After the empty pallet is tilted back, it can be easily exchanged for the target pallet. Pallet handling is always ergonomic and close to the ground. The pallet can be removed in individually adjustable positions.
