BRS series
The BRS series machines operate as self-contained units. Their modular design, consisting of a roller feed, die insert, and roller discharge, guarantees precise product guidance and reliable material transport. The machine automatically pulls the material from the roller feed through the die insert and into the roller discharge. A loop control system between the reel and the profiling unit couples the rotary die cutter to the driven reel and the profiling unit. A measuring wheel in the profiling unit records the line speed. All units of the rotary die cutter have their own servo drive, which is electronically synchronized.
Depending on the product requirements, the rotary die-cutting machines can be equipped with one or two die-cutting inserts.
The rotary die-cutting machines developed by Baust are characterized by high performance, durability, and safe operation. Rotary die-cutting machines are always used when large quantities need to be processed. The continuous process and the quick and easy integration into new or existing production lines are just some of the many advantages of this technology.

Maximum productivity through our self-contained BRS series industrial punching machines
Our BRS series industrial punching machines set new standards in productivity and efficiency. These state-of-the-art systems operate completely independently and allow for seamless integration into your existing production processes. The innovative design of our industrial punching machine ensures exceptional performance with minimized maintenance and maximum reliability.
The autonomy of our BRS series is based on a sophisticated concept: Each unit of the punching machine has its own servo drive. These drives are precisely coordinated electronically, guaranteeing optimal synchronization of all components. Whether materials are being punched, perforated, or formed – the system consistently delivers top performance and handles large production runs with ease.
The increase in productivity manifests itself in higher throughput rates, improved material utilization, and reduced downtime. Unlike manual punching machines, the entire process is fully automated – from material feeding and punching to removal. This reduces the potential for errors and significantly increases production speed. The flexibility of the systems also allows for rapid adaptation to changing production requirements.
Seamless integration into your production line with our industrial punching machine
The seamless integration of our industrial punching machine into your existing production line is a key aspect of our concept. We have designed our systems to integrate harmoniously into your production process and ensure maximum efficiency. This begins with material feeding and continues through the entire punching and machining process, right up to further processing.
A key element is the intelligent loop control between the reel and the profiling unit. This technology enables precise coordination of the rotary punch with all components. The result is a continuous, synchronized material flow that minimizes interruptions. Both hydraulic punches and servo-electric systems can be used – depending on what is best suited to your industry.
To optimize process control, we have integrated a measuring wheel that records the line speed in real time. The modular design of our punching machines allows you to tailor the system precisely to your specific requirements. Whether for expansion or a new production line – our systems adapt flexibly to your needs.

Safe material transport and precise punching in one system
The safe transport of the material and the precise execution of the punching process are fundamental to quality and efficiency. The modular design of our industrial punching machine – consisting of roller feed, punching insert, and roller take-off – forms the basis for this advanced concept. Hydraulically operated components ensure the necessary power and stability.
The roller feed ensures controlled material feeding and prevents deformation before the punching process. The punching insert guarantees maximum precision in workpiece positioning. After punching, the roller discharge ensures safe material conveyance – the perfect coordination guarantees gentle material transport throughout the entire system.
Precision results from state-of-the-art technology combined with years of experience. High-precision servo drives, innovative tooling systems, and intelligent process control ensure that every workpiece is stamped with absolute accuracy. Automated stamping machines like our BRS series enable the production of complex parts with the tightest tolerances at high production speeds – a significant efficiency gain compared to manually operated systems.
Maximum accuracy thanks to electronically synchronized drives in our industrial punching machine
The precision of our industrial punching machine is based on electronically synchronized drives. Each unit of the rotary die-cutting machine has its own servo drive, which is precisely coordinated using advanced control technology. This synchronization ensures perfect motion sequences – whether the industrial punching machine uses servo or hydraulic drive systems.
Electronic synchronization enables dynamic adjustment of speeds and positions in real time. This is particularly important for variable production speeds or when switching between different materials. The system reacts immediately to changes and ensures that all elements are optimally coordinated. Complex motion profiles allow for demanding punching operations such as multiple punches or special contour cuts.
The high precision directly impacts your end products: consistently high manufacturing quality, reduced reject rates, and improved material utilization. Precise control optimizes production speed while maintaining the highest quality standards. Thus, our stamping machines not only increase your productivity but also your competitiveness – regardless of whether production is manually supported or fully automated.
