The two-sided inline centering

The AZ 2000 centering station aligns the load safely and efficiently from two sides. Its integration into the conveyor line ensures high throughput.

Centering palletized loads or entire stacks of empty pallets is always necessary when irregularities in the layer pattern or packing scheme have occurred during palletizing or transport. Low tolerance in stacking and outer contour is a crucial prerequisite for a safe and trouble-free process, especially in automated processing and storage. The AZ 2000 centering station is used when only the lateral alignment needs to be corrected. The pallet enters the machine and is positioned. The two side walls close, compressing the load from both sides. The pallet is conveyed backward through the machine while the next pallet is fed in at the front.

Up to 100 cycles per hour are possible. A fence with access control ensures the necessary safety.
